Purchase Orders:
Bag Warehouse will accept a valid purchase orders from companies who have filled out a credit reference sheet and terms for your account have been established.
Repeat Orders:
Reference the previous purchase order or Bag Warehouse invoice number and date of last order.
Samples: Samples of a product can be ordered and are Free if the sample(s) is returned. A sample with a random imprint will be sent. A credit card may be requested and charged if an order is not placed or the sample is not returned.
Blank Goods:
If you do not require an imprint or you wish to have your bags imprinted through your own source, we are happy to accommodate your needs. Blank goods can be purchased from Bag Warehouse and shipped to your decorator.
Payment Terms:
Most first orders will require prepayment. Deposits can be made with a check ( time permitting ) or with a credit card. Net-30 day terms upon credit approval. Credit cards accepted: Visa / MC and Amex
Standard Lead Times:
24 hours for blank items; 5-10 working days for printed or embroidered items after proof approval.
Decorating Methods:
Screen imprint or Embroidery.
PMS Color Matches:
Colors are matched as close as possible based on Pantone colors. Exact color matching is not guaranteed.
Paper Proof: Paper proofs are free.
A paper proof must be signed and faxed to the factory prior to actual production.
Digital Proofs:
Bag Warehouse will send you a digital product proof via e-mail, with your artwork in the proper position on your selected bag. This is a fast and efficient method to verify accuracy and is free of charge.
Production Proofs:
All orders over $3,500 require an actual production proof.
Production proofs should be approved same day of receipt to avoid production delays.
Changes to production proofs are subject to additional costs and new project lead times.
Rush Orders:
Every effort will be made to accept rush orders without additional charges. Please call for production schedule availability. Rush shipments that require air freight will require written authorization. Please see our Fast Track guidelines.
Custom spec. samples:
Custom spec. sample charges are $250.00. All charges will be fully credited to an order if received within 3 months after receipt of the spec. sample.
Packing / Re-packing:
Items are bulk packed unless otherwise specified by customer. Individually poly-bagging will add $0.35 per piece.
Tax: For California customers only. Add applicable sales tax or supply a copy of your resale or tax exempt certificate. Copy of certificate must be on file, tax number alone is not acceptable.
Drop Shipments:
$5.00 per location plus applicable freight charges.

All orders will be shipped FOB factory or warehouse by standard ground service unless otherwise specified. Shipping and insurance will be prepaid and added to your invoice or credit card charge. Expedited shipping options are available. All International destinations must ship on the customers account.
Over / Under runs:
In order to fulfill your order, bag Warehouse reserves the right to produce up to a 5% overs. All overs are charged for as part of the order. In the case of an under run of 5% or less, the factory reserves the right not to print the balance.
Returns:
Merchandise must have prior approval before returning it. Please call Customer Care for return authorization. Stock and blank merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking charge. Custom imprinted products cannot be returned unless the product or decorating is defective.
Acceptance:
The customer shall inspect the goods immediately, upon their arrival and shall within 15 days of their arrival, give written notice to your Bag Warehouse representative of any claim that the goods do not conform with the terms of the contract. If the customer should fail to give such notice, the goods shall be deemed to conform to and the goods shall be deemed accepted and the client bound to pay for the goods in accordance with the agreed upon terms. The customer expressly waives any rights the customer may have to revoke acceptance after such 15 day period. Authorizations to return merchandise to Bag Warehouse must be pre-obtained. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. No discount may be taken from Bag Warehouse invoices.
Cancellation:
All orders are considered firm. Cancellations will be accepted only if products have not been printed or embroidered or shipped. Cancellations must be made in writing & confirmed in writting, verbal cancellations are not acceptable. Shipping and / or the 15% restocking fee will be applied.
Applicable Laws:
The validity, interpretation and performance of these terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of the State of California.

File Formats accepted for embroidery: DST or Tajima tape files - If Customer supplies disk: Sizes and layout changes on digitized files may be required and will be evaluated to determine if edit charges or new digitizing charges will apply.
Artwork submission: Disk/CD/Mac and PC. File Formats: Adobe Illustrator 9.0 or higher(.eps or .ai), Adobe Photoshop 7.0 (.tif or .psd) necessary fonts must be converted to curves/outlines or included with the file. - Please send all artwork to rachel@bagwarehouse.com.
