Ask your Bag Warehouse representative to send you an Enrollment Form. Fax the form (714.673.6401) and receive a unique Referral Code for you to give to members and other professional acquaintances for use when placing Bag Warehouse orders.
Once Enrolled you will receive one point for Every Seventy-Five Dollars* your members or friends spend with Bag Warehouse. Those you refer will receive exclusive deals and will be handled with the highest level of customer service.
Each quarter you will receive a statement indicating how many points you have accrued to date. When you decided to redeem your points, just fax (714.673.6401) the Points Redemption Form indicating how many points you are redeeming and for which reward. It is that simple. If you choose Cash or Non-Dues Revenue you will receive your check by mail within in ten (10) business days. If you choose product, standard shipping and production times will apply.

Enroll by submitting the Enrollment Form provided to you by your Bag Warehouse representative. Simply complete the enrollment form, fax the form to 714.673.6401, and receive your unique Referral Code.
2. How do I earn points?
You will receive one point for every Seventy-Five Dollars* your members or other professional acquaintances spend with Bag Warehouse using your unique Referral Code. No half points will be awarded and all amounts will be rounded down to the closest $75 increment.
Examples:
$75 order = 1 point valued at $1.00
$1,000 order = 13 points valued at $13.00
$2,500 order = 33 points valued at $33.00
3. What benefits do the individuals I refer receive?
With orders that meet the Minimum Quantity, we will waive the set-ups including screen charges (one color) or embroidery tapes fees(up to 5,000 stitches).
Orders Meeting the Minimum Quantity and over $1,500
We will waive set-ups including screen charges (one color) or embroidery tapes (up to 5,000 stitches) and take 5% off your order total before tax and freight.
Orders Meeting the Minimum Quantity and over $3,500 We will waive set-ups including screen charges (one color) and embroidery tapes (up to 5,000 stitches), take 5% off3, and cover the first $100.00 in Ground freight charges.
4. How do my professional acquaintances get the referral code?
It is the responsibility of the individual or association to distribute the referral code provided to you by Bag Warehouse. Make sure they provide your referral code when inquiring on product or placing an order. Some great ways to distribute this code are as follows:
• E-blasts
• Social Media Web sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and Linked-In
• Newsletters
• Referral Cards (provided by Bag Warehouse with membership)
5. How do my professional acquaintances receive their benefits?
During the check out process on the Bag Warehouse website, your friend or colleague should enter the unique Referral Code given to you in the “Referral Code” box. Once their inquiry has been submitted with your unique Referral Code a Bag Warehouse representative will contact that member with details on the bags they are interested in and which benefits they will receive on their order.
6. Why do you need my Company or Groups W9 or Tax ID Number?
If you acquire and redeem points worth $600.00 or more, Bag Warehouse is required by law to file a Form 1099 with the Internal Revenue Service.
The 1099 will be for the dollar value of the points. For example, 600 points redeemed would equate to $600 in Non-Dues Revenue or a $600 credit for Bag Warehouse product causing a 1099 to be generated for that amount.

7. When am I eligible to begin earning points from the Bag Warehouse Referral Program?
You are eligible to earn points from the Bag Warehouse Referral Program on any order indicating your unique Referral Code placed on or after the day you enroll in the Bag Warehouse Referral Program.

9. Do my points expire? Yes. Bag Warehouse Referral Program points expire December 31st of each calendar year. Program dates: January 1 – December 31, a one year period
10. Will I lose my points if I don't spend them? All participants will be allowed a 15-day grace period (January 15th). Points may not be accrued over multiple years.
