Q: What if I can't find the product that I need on your website?
A: Call customer care or use our "Find me a Bag" form and your personal Bag Warehouse agent will handle the product search until they find exactly what you are looking for. Our experienced care representatives will research the products that you are looking for and provide you with a personalized price quotation.

A: Cost, Service, Speed, Quality and Selection. Bag Warehouse understands the event industry and we have the largest selection of event or promotional bags in the business. We have the lowest costs and you will see we have the best service.

Q: What is your sales policy? Terms of payment?
A: All first time orders will require prepayment. Deposit can be made via check or credit card. Net-30 days upon application and credit approval. Credit cards accepted: Visa/ MC and Amex.

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Please place an inquiry, fill out the custom quote request form, or call the our toll free number at 1-800-817-2247. Customer care is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. Central Standard Time. The best time to call is between 10:00 a.m. and noon.

Q: How soon can I expect to receive my order once it is placed?
A: Delivery time is based on both the Production time and the Shipping time, both vary based on the item, imprinting method, and shipping address. However, standard production time is 5 - 10 business days after proof approval and shipping time is 1 - 5 business days.

Actual Delivery Time = Production time + Shipping time

Production time is based on receiving your order with valid method of payment and design information. On orders where you have requested Samples and Pre-Production Proofs, the production timing begins when we receive your approval.

Q: What if I'm not happy with my product when it arrives?
A: Bag Warehouse offers a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee and we take great pride in making sure you are absolutely happy with you order and your experience. This is why we go to great lengths to make sure you know exactly what you are purchasing by providing you with free samples and free paper proofs, and why we require production proofs on orders over $2,500. You know exactly what you are getting before you receive it. In the unlikely event your order arrives defective or damaged, we will replace it or refund your money. Please call 1-800.817.2247 and a Customer Care Representative will assist you. Please note: Any un-imprinted stock merchandise can be returned for credit within 15 days of purchase. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Cancellation of custom imprinted items cannot be accepted once production has started

Q: Will I be charged for shipping?
A: Bag Warehouse does charge for shipping. Shipping charges are billed at cost and not marked up. Orders are shipped UPS ground service unless noted otherwise. Shipping charges are FOB plant and will be added to your invoice or credit card charge.

Q: What is the minimum amount I need to order?
A: Bag Warehouse has established a minimum quantity for each product. The minimum amount required is listed below each product description. If you prefer to order less than the minimum requirement, please contact a Customer Care Representative at 1-800.817.2247 for assistance. A less than minimum order charge will be added to your order.

Q: How can I check the status of my order? Has it shipped yet?

Q: What if the item(s) I want are out of stock?
A: We do our best to keep a generous amount of stock on hand. However, due to the popularity of some items it may not be available. If this occurs, we will contact you to let you know when it will be available or we may offer you a comparable item.

Q: Do I have to pay taxes on my order?
A: Residents of the following state must pay applicable sales tax or provide a copy of tax exempt certification: California.

Q: What if I need my products fast?
A: We are the best in the business and offer you three (3) choices to get you products faster or rushed:
  • You can elect to buy blank goods. Blank goods generally ship in 24 hours. This can save you 5-7 days.
  • You can waive the required proofing process with signed release form. This can save you 2- 3 days.

A: Yes! The best way to meet your budget is to call Customer Care at 1-800-817-2247 and one of our research specialists will be able to find you a bag that meets your requirements within your budget. Q: Are all of your products online?
A: No, Bag Warehouse has hundreds bags and related items online but we have thousands more items available. If you do not see exactly what you are looking for please call Customer Care at 1-800-817-2247 and one of our research specialists will be able to find you a bag that meets your requirements within your budget.

Q: What is a set up charge?
A: This is a one-time charge for the labor involved in preparing the machine for imprinting. Set up charges are a one-time charge. When you re-order the same item using the same artwork within one year, the set up is FREE. Set up charges are per imprint color and imprint location.

Q: Can I fax you my art?
A: Yes, but faxed art will be used for reference only and will have to be received in another format or recreated. Faxed art is not camera ready because of the poor quality print a fax produces. It is not recommended that you fax artwork with a lot of detail, as fine detail will degrade through a fax.

Q: Do you keep my artwork on file?
A: Yes, we keep your artwork on file for three years. But the screens used to print your artwork are only kept for one year. If you place an exact re-order within this time frame you will not be charged for a new screen. You can use your art on other products. Digitally resizing your art is free of charge while screen charges for actual production may apply.

Q: What is your Overrun/Under run policy?
A: Unlike most of our competitors who will bill up to 10% overruns, we do not bill you for any overruns that may be produced on your order. You will be billed for the exact quantity you order or any under runs, but never an overrun.

Q: Can I request a sample?
A: Yes, if you would like a FREE sample of any item we carry (up to a $10.00 value); simply call us at 1-800-817-2247, tell us what you need, and it will be shipped immediately. Most samples will have a random imprint. For sample orders over $10.00 a credit card may be required for authorization. You credit card will not be charged if the sample is returned. Sample returns are at the customers expense.

Q: What does Embroidery and Silk screening Cost?
A: This depends on a variety of factors including:
  • Logo detail
  • Number of colors
  • Quantity of order
  • Your budget
These factors will determine the best and most cost effective method of imprinting your bags. The most popular methods are as follows.
  • Embroidery
    A traditional method of decorating products for a higher perceived value by stitching your artwork onto the bag. Before your design can be embroidered, it must first be digitized. This is just a technical term to describe the process involved in programming the embroidery machine to stitch your logo accurately. The cost for digitizing is determined by the complexity of your logo, including the number of stitches it will take to reproduce your logo on the bag. These costs can be determined for you, in advance, once we see your logo and know the quantity of your order.
  • Silk Screening
    Good for 1 - 3 color logos, silkscreen printing involves pressing ink through a fine mesh screen and onto a product's surface. It's an economical way to gain high visibility. We must obtain a good vector file (.ai or .eps) of your logo. Films must be output and screens made for each color that will be silk screened to reproduce your logo. This can be expensive that is why it is best for simple logos or large production runs. The actual cost of the silk screen is based on the number of colors it will take to reproduce your logo on the bag. These costs can be determined for you, in advance, once we see your logo and know the quantity of your order.
  • Full Color Transfer
    Good for 4 color or full color logos. A transfer involves you artwork being printed on sheets then affixed the bag with heat. This is an economical way to depict logos which include gradients, shadows, or 4 or more colors. We must obtain a good hi-resolution or vector file (.ai or .eps) of your logo. The actual cost of the transfer is based on the complexity and dimensions of the artwork. These costs can be determined for you, in advance, once we see your logo and know the quantity of your order.
Q: What are your file requirements
A: Screen printing requires a vector file, created by a file like Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw and other applications that can output an EPS file. If possible, please send us one of the following types of files:
  • .eps - Encapsulated PostScript
  • .ai - Adobe Illustrator
  • .pdf- Portable Document Format
Embroidery tapes can be made from scanning and tracing most file types including standard jpeg files. If possible, please send us one of the following types of files:
  • .eps - Encapsulated PostScript
  • .ai - Adobe Illustrator
  • .pdf- Portable Document Format
  • .jpeg
  • .tiff
Q: Will I get my order on time?
A: Everything you order from Bag Warehouse is guaranteed to ship on time. If for any reason shipment is delayed, we'll expedite the shipping at our expense to ensure you have your order when you need it.

Q: Will I be able to see a proof of what my artwork will look like on the bag?
A: Yes, before we put your order into production, you will receive a FREE emailed paper proof of your imprint for final approval. This step in our ordering process ensures that your order will be processed accurately. Production proofs are required on orders over $2,500 or with extremely intricate artwork.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Merchandise must have prior approval before returning it. Please call Customer Care for a return authorization. Stock and blank merchandise are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Custom imprinted products cannot be returned unless the product or decorating is defective. Acceptance: The customer shall inspect the goods immediately, upon their arrival and shall within 15 days of their arrival, give written notice to Bag Warehouse of any claim that the goods do not conform with the terms of the contract. If customer shall fail to give notice, the goods shall be deemed to conform to terms of the order.
